The best form of movement to reach your weight loss goals is STEPS. I have clients losing 20-40lbs without doing any running, elliptical, cycling or stair-stepping. ⠀⠀⠀⠀

How many steps do you need to take in order to lose weight. 10,000 right? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I don't want you to start with 10k right off the get-go for two reasons: ⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
REASON One:

If you are only taking 3,300 steps right now on average, that jump is ridiculous and you will hate it.

REASON TWO:

We want to be in control of using our steps as a tool and increasing only when we need to. (My clients rarely take 10k steps unless their lifestyle has it naturally - think nurse, dog walkers, etc).

Set your step goal in these 2 easy steps.

1. Track your steps

Track your steps for one week and find the average that you took.

2. Increase Your Steps

Add 500-1,000 steps to that number and start moving!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
